Registration

Registration for the 2023-2024 school year began on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 for currently enrolled families, members of Lewisville UMC, and families who participate in the Lewisville UMC After-School Program. Registration opened for the public on Thursday, February 16, 2023.

Tuesday, February 14th: Currently enrolled families, members of Lewisville UMC, and families who participate in the Lewisville UMC After-School program can register for the following classes

• Transitional Class: (Monday-Friday)

• Four and Five Year Olds Classes: (Monday/Wednesday/Friday, Monday-Thursday, or Monday-Friday)

Wednesday, February 15th: Currently enrolled families, members of Lewisville UMC, and families who participate in the Lewisville UMC After-School program can register for the following classes

• Three Year Olds Classes: (Tuesday/Thursday, Monday/Wednesday/Friday, or Monday-Friday)

• Two Year Olds Classes: (Tuesday/Thursday, Monday/Wednesday/Friday, or Monday-Friday)

• Toddler Class (12-24 months): (Tuesday/Thursday, Monday/Wednesday/Friday, or Monday-Friday)

Currently enrolled families: The application AND non-refundable free (cash or check only-made payable to LUMCP) needs to be turned in the morning of registration. Registration will take place in Asbury Hall at 9:15am. You will sign in at the welcome center in the lobby when you arrive so that we can call names once registration begins. This is a first come, first served registration process. If you have not received enrollment paperwork by the registration date, you can pick it up in the preschool office.

Thursday, February 16th: New families can registered for all classes listed above.

• Public registration will take place on Thursday, February 16th at 9:15am in Asbury Hall. You will sign in at the welcome center in the lobby when you arrive, so that we can call names once registration starts. This is a first come, first served registration process. You will pick up a packet of paperwork at the welcome center to fill out and bring with you to Asbury Hall. If you arrive before 9:15am, it would be helpful to have this completed before we start.

• The earliest you can arrive to get your name on the list is 8:45am

• Your child cannot be registered without the application form being completed completely and correctly, accompanied by the non-refundable registration fee (cash or check only-made payable to LUMCP). To complete the registration process, an enrollment link will be sent to you via email after submitting the application and registration fee.

Please complete and turn in all enrollment paperwork except for the Physician's Statement Form which must be on file by October 2, 2023, along with a copy of your child's immunization records. We must have these on file for your child to attend preschool.

Verification of class assignment concerning your child will be sent to you in August. The first non-refundable monthly tuition payment (cash or check) is due by May 1, 2023. Beginning September 1, 2023 tuition is due between the 1st and 15th of every month through April 1, 2024.
